 International Space University MSc Scholarship Program in France, 2014/15

 

International Space University is offering scholarships to MSc students who are unable to cover all of their tuition fees. This aid is available to selected applicants and covers a portion of their fees. Students from Europe, USA, Canada and developing countries are eligible to apply for this MSc scholarship. Scholarship is granted on the basis of academic and professional merit, financial need and demonstrated financial need. Applicants for the MSc programs 2014-2015 requesting scholarships should apply online on the ISU website before 15 March 2014.

Scholarship Description: The International Space University is provided funding from industry and government agencies to help support MSc students who are unable to cover all of their tuition fees. This aid is available to selected applicants, and covers a portion of their fees. It is paid directly to ISU by the sponsoring organization.

St. Mary’s University College is offering scholarships for international students. These scholarships are awarded for pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate degree for 2014/15 academic year. There are upto seven undergraduate scholarships of £1,000 each available. (Best Academic Results, Best Sports Performance, Best English Language Skills, Chaplaincy Ambassador and International Students’ Union Ambassador). Ten postgraduate scholarships of £3,000 each (Academic Excellence in First Degree, Financial Need, Alumni, Progressing St. Mary’s overseas undergraduate Catholic Church Scholarship) will also be awarded. -Best English Language Skills: Available to the applicant with the best skills in English Language. -Chaplaincy Ambassador: The successful candidate will become the St.Mary’s International Chaplaincy Ambassador. Being a Catholic University College, the Chaplaincy is at the heart of our work and mission. We would like to encourage you to get involved and help this important service at St. Mary’s. In order to be considered for this scholarship you need to submit: a personal statement where you explain how you think you could contribute and what suggestions and improvements you might bring to the existing service.

-International Students’ Union Ambassador: The successful candidate will become the St Mary’s International Chaplaincy Ambassador. Being a Catholic University College, the Chaplaincy is at the heart of our work and mission. We would like to encourage you to get involved and help this important service at St. Mary’s. In order to be considered for this scholarship you need to submit: a personal statement demonstrating your enthusiasm for contributing to our campus community explaining what impact your ideas might have on the service. At the end of the first semester we will receive an evaluation report from the Students’ Union President on your help and involvement. The scholarship amount will then be applied to your fees.

Postgraduate Scholarships:

-Academic Excellence in First Degree: Available to the five applicants who have the best overall marks in their most recently awarded qualification. In order to be considered you must submit: a certified copy of your most recent qualification along with an official transcript from the institution it was awarded by and a personal statement outlining your study and career objectives in line with St Mary’s missions.

-Financial Need:  In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must submit: a statement demonstrating how you fulfil the specific requirement and how your study and career plans fall in line with St. Mary’s mission.

-Alumni:  Available to two applicants who previously studied at St. Mary’s and graduated before 2014. In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must submit: a certified copy of your most recent qualification along with an official transcript and a statement demonstrating hour you fulfil the specific requirement and how your study and career plans fall in line with St. Mary’s mission.

-Progressing St Mary’s overseas undergraduate: Available to two applicants who are currently studying at St Mary’s. In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must submit: a statement demonstrating how you fulfill the specific requirement and how your study and career plans fall in line with St Mary’s mission.

-Catholic Church Scholarship: Available to two applicants sponsored by the Catholic Church. Your sponsor and referee may be your local priest or a senior member of the Catholic Church. In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must submit: a reference by a member of the clergy, Curriculum Vitae and a statement demonstrating how your study and career plans are in line with St Mary’s mission.
